Asian-Inspired GRILLED Beef Flanken Ribs - INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS!
Grilled Beef Flanken Ribs - Flanken Ribs have a rich, beef flavor - and when you take the time to marinade them and then chargrill them directly over hot coals, you get a delicious bite of beefy goodness!
For this recipe I went with an Asian inspired marinade… but you could go with any flavors. You could glaze them with a sauce at the end… get real creative with this recipe.

    You can use a Smoker tube with Treager pellets and throw it into the gas grill. Set it to 250 and BOOM your gas grill is now a smoker! I been doing this and get SUCH GREAT FLAVOR!!!!!! I got a few smoker tubes on amazon. Love it much better than wood chips or smoker boxes. Smoker tube with pellets (especially the 12 inch long one) can last hours with consistent smoke! You can preheat the pellets during grill warmup to dry them out and help keep them lit while burning. LOVE IT

    In my humble opinion, it’s not necessary to buy that coleslaw in buckets, there is too much sugar and not so much real flavor. Get yourself cabbage, some sort of lettuce, carrots and a decent knife, so you can improve both your ability to cut and develop a sense for natural flavors. Freshly cut vegetables have a pleasant fragrance and are quite different to the ones, which where for hours or even days in that plastic bag. Use some yoghurt instead of that mayonnaise glass, mash the cabbage streaks slightly with some salt, and get rid of that excess of sugar in the salad. Cumin can be a further ingredient. Ask yourself: Would your grandparents prepare food just as you do?
